PROFILE – Reno Iskandarsyah (Managing Partner)

Mr. Reno Iskandarsyah graduated from YARSI University, Jakarta and gained Master of Law (M.H) from Padjajaran University, Bandung majoring in Business Law. He was admintted to bar in Jakarta since 2000, Lisence no. D.00.12868, a registered Legal Consultant for the capital market no.555/PM/STTD-KH/2005 issued by Capital Market Supervisory Board (BAPEPAM) and member of Indonesian Legal Consultants for Capital Market ID Member No.200705.Prior to founding I&P, Mr. Iskandarsyah was a Senior Lawyer at several law firms in JakartaDuring 2000 – 2003 he played a significant role in several NGOs i.e. the Legal Aid Foundation Jakarta Institution (LBH Jakarta) and Indonesian Consumers Organization (YLKI). He was an active member of National Transportation safety Commission (NTSC) Department of Communication as a safety Investigator and Legal Counsel, as well as an active member of special group discussion on Draft of various Acts, among others : Mining Act, Tourism Act, IT & Electronic Transaction Act, Water Resources Act, Aviation Act, Shipping Act and Railway Act.

Mr. Iskandarsyah focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation (class action, legal standing, bankruptcy), alternative dispute resolution (mediation, conciliation, arbitration), corporate commercial matters and industrial relations. Mr. Iskandarsyah has been assisting some national and multinational corporations in various commercial litigation and commercial transactions.

PROFILE – Dede Nurdin (Partner)

Mr. Dede Nurdin Sadat graduated from University of Soedirman, Faculty of Law, Central Java 2002. Admitted to Indonesian Bar since 2002, Licence No.E.02.11862.Prior to be Partner I&P, Mr. Nurdin was Legal Drafter and Legal Consultant for environmental agency like Ministry of Environmental, Indonesian Center for Environmental Law (ICEL), Senior Consultant for policy reform & Dialogue CAP Swiss Contact, Vice Director for Law Reform Institute.Mr. Nurdin also litigator and handled many cases related with environmental and policy.

Has been appointed as Special Staff of the General Chair of the Football Association All Indonesia (PSSI) Legal Sector. Within the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), he among others, served as the Board of Commissioners of PT Waskita Karya Tbk. (October 2012 – April 2015) and PT Pegadaian (June 2016 – present). At the national level, he also teaches at Lemhanas, Military Law College “AHM-PTHM”, and so on. In the neighborhood internationally, he is also a Member of the Judging Panel of Asian Legal Business Indonesia Law Awards organized by Thomson Reuters (2018-present).

PROFILE – Adi Prasetyo (Partner)

Mr. Adi Prasetyo graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung and he has been dealing with business law for more than 20 years. He started practicing commercial law at Law Firm Kartini Muljadi & Rekan and continued exploring vast experiences at Law Firm Soemadipradja & Taher. His international commercial law experienced was explored during his assignment at Law Firm Nauta Dutilh within several years in Singapore branch.

Mr. Adi Prasetyo has extensive experiences in all aspect of Indonesian commercial and corporate law, i.e. (1) foreign investment and joint ventures; (2) merger and acquisition; (3) energy and mining projects; (4) communication, information and technology projects; (5) infrastructures, construction and property development as well as project financing and legal restructuring issues in subsequent projects; (6) capital market and fintech project.

He has comprehensive legal works and transactions for more than 5 years in state owned enterprises, among others, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk in order to serve and represent various legal works for pipeline and building development project, including its financing arrangement, asset risk management, human resources, downstream formalities proceeding for offshore and onshore gas stations, and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) matters. He also involved for representing and proceeding any kind of legal commercial works, including drafting and reviewing many cooperation agreements, joint venture agreements, energy contracts, property and IT development contracts, debt restructuring issues, and handling many corporate compliances for submission to government institutions in many Indonesian major projects as key person advisor, such as numerous development agreements, operating and maintenance contracts and its property issues for hotels, apartments and buildings; project development scheme of Built Operate and Transfer (BOT) and Built Owned and Operate (BOO); legal restructuring issues for several toll roads, power plants and mining projects; legal service and issuance of Legal Due Diligence and Legal Opinion for Initial Public Offering (IPO) and right issues of go public companies, and Fintech entities.

He possessed practising license for an Indonesian advocate issued by Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI) and registered as Legal Consultant of Capital Market at Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

PROFILE – Hermawan S. Rahman (Partner)

Mr. Hermawan S. Rahman graduated from University of Yarsi, Faculty of Law, Jakarta 2000. He has been experiences as an Advocate for almost 10 years. Admitted to Indonesian Bar since 2013, Licence 13.009 44.

Prior to be Partner I&P, Mr. Hermawan having specialize in Organization structures, Environmental analysis, Litigation.

PROFILE – Andrieka Marsal Kurniaranjaya (Partner)

Mr. Andrieka graduated from Trisakti University, Jakarta, majoring Law with his specialization on Transnational Law. In order to established his formal education and acknowledge in Legal field, Mr. Andrieka continued Master Degree Program at Erasmus Universiteit, School of Law, Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and obtained Lex Legum Magistra (LL.M) on 2006. After He passed Bar Exam (Peradi) on 2011, Then, He admitted Indonesian Bar and Obtained License No.16.04459Mr. Andrieka had working experiences from several Law firms which based in Jakarta such as: Muhajir Sodruddin & Partners, Adams & Co, Counsellors-at- Law, and Iskandarsyah Massudilawe & Partner. Later, Mr. Andrieka also become a in-house legal at famous coal mining services company namely PT. Cipta Kridatama. Mr. Andrieka also served as in house legal at PT. Tunas Inti Abadi, a subsidiary from PT ABM Investama (TMT Group) with his last position as Legal Superintendent. Before joined as a Partner, Mr. Andrieka was served as Legal Specialist at PT Gulf Mangan Group and PT Putra Indonesia Jaya, located at Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT).

Mr. Andrieka focuses his practice in Mining Law, as well as Merger & Acquisition, Land Compensation, Litigation and also Dispute Settlement.
