ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Associate role based in Jakarta. The Senior Associate will oversee case management, provide legal advisory services, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in court sessions and negotiations. The role involves mentoring and supporting junior staff while maintaining compliance with local and international laws. Additionally, the Senior Associate will work closely with clients to develop strategies that address their legal needs and objectives.
QUALIFICATION :
- Experiences min 5 years, holding Advocate and/or Capital Market Lisence.
- Proven expertise in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Case Analysis.
- Extensive experience in Contract Review, Agreement Drafting, and Negotiation.
- Strong skills in Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
- Client Relationship Management and Business Development capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations; international legal experience is advantageous.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM) and possess a valid advocate license
